Olivia turns 1!

I can't believe how fast this year has come and gone! Olivia has hit many milestones throughout the year. One of her latest has been walking, although she prefers to crawl. Her personality continues to develop, which is fun to watch. She mostly eats what we eat now. Like Scarlett, Olivia didn't get teeth until shortly before her first birthday; and she now has a bad habit of biting on purpose. Since we had so much going on with buying our first home and the holidays we were unable to have a birthday party, but we did celebrate with family. Liv, please don't be mad at us when you read this in the future. We'll plan better next year.

Scarlett turns 5!

This year we celebrated Scarlett's birthday at Gymnastics of York where she takes gymnastics. The kids had a blast and it was very laid back for the adults. The kids had about 40 minutes of instructed class time and then open gym the rest of the party. The day of Scarlett's birthday we went to breakfast, then got ice cream, and finally visited Santa at the mall.
